Classic Interiors understands that every interior project is unique.  That is why we have a very flexible way of working with out clients.  Professional fees are generally based on the scope of your project.  Please call us to schedule an appointment to discuss your project and the options before you.

Single Design Consultation $300.00

An interior designer meets with you in your home to discuss the scope of the project. This service is usually recommended for the client wishing to complete a small scale project on the order of not more than a few rooms. The designer will take measurements, detailed notes, and collect information. This fee includes a follow-up design presentation with floor plans, color concepts, and selections for every media of your project. Minor revisions to the plan are included. An itemized written proposal is provided subsequent to the presentation. The project begins with you setting the pace. The one-time design fee is non-refundable and is not applied to future purchases.

Design Contract & Letter of Agreement

A contract tailored to the scope of intensive design projects consisting of multiple rooms or entire homes or offices. A Design Contract, or Letter of Agreement, is recommended when the project calls for some or all of the following services: specification of finishes; color schemes; wall coverings; decorative painting; ceiling treatments; lighting concepts; specification of furniture, accessories, and artwork; specification of hardware; cabinetry design; architectural detailing; liaison with outside trades; specification of plumbing and electronic appliances, or any exterior design.

The contract is presented after an initial on-site interview and lists the exact parameters of the services to be provided. A design fee is based on the scale of the project and the amount of professional services required. This fee is non-refundable and is not applied to purchases. A proposal for the purchase of goods is presented subsequent to the design work. Implementation of the design plan is carefully managed and overseen by the professional team of Classic Interiors and its skilled tradesmen.

Hourly Fee

Hourly fees are charged when clients require us to perform outside of the Single Design Consultation or provide services not contained within a Design Contract & Letter of Agreement. Our design fees are charged at the following rates: Interior Designer $150/hour; Draftsman $100/hour; other employees $75/hour.
